This is how you shop

Information and conditions for shopping at Betesbyggarkiosken.

Place an order:
When ordering an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Please check that your order is correct and that the information you provided is correct. In case of mistakes, please contact us at kiosken@betesbyggarkiosken.se to correct the errors.
Be sure to leave email address and mobile number when you place the order so we can easily contact you for questions regarding your order.
To order, you must be over 18 years old. If you are under 18, order can be made with parents consent.

Prices:
All prices shown incl. 25% VAT. You can choose different currency's in the shop.

Payment:
In cooperation with Swedbank Pay, we provide safe payment with credit card. The payment is made when we start to process your order.

Deliveries:
Our goods are shipped with DHL and you pick up your package at the nearest DHL service point. Delivery time is usually 3-7 business days, depending on where you live.
Orders placed during the holidays are processed and sent the next working day. When ordering before 11.00, these are normally sent the same day. Deviations may occur at high order intake.
If delivery time exceeds 7 business days please contact us at kiosken@betesbyggarkiosken.se so we can check what may have happened. The package is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.

Shipping costs:
We have unit freight of €13,50 no matter how much you order. When you leave your mobile number with your order, notification will take place via SMS from DHL when you can pick up your package. It is therefore very important that you provide the correct mobile phone number. If you do not leave your mobile number, the notification will be sent by email.

Complaint:
We strive to have satisfied customers so in the event of a complaint, please contact us at kiosken@betesbyggarkiosken.se. We will take care of the shipping cost if agreed that's what's needed. To get your complaint approved, please contact us before returning any products.
It also applies to using the product according to our instructions and regulations.
If a product gets damage during transport to you, you as a customer have to make a complaint within 7 days. Please contact the shipping company that delivered the item and us at kiosken@betesbyggarkiosken.se.

Undo your purchase:
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you are always entitled to return purchases within 14 days.
The time is counted from the date you received the product and assumes that the product is in new condition and with unbroken packaging.
W
hen returning, please contact us at kiosken@betesbyggarkiosken.se and we will approve the return. You will pay for the return cost and the up until we receive the return it's considered your responsibility. The responsibility will be ours once we have received the goods.
Upon receipt, your purchase will be refunded within 14 days. We will not refund until the product has been returned.

Unclamed packages:
For unclaimed shipments we charge an administrative fee of € 25,00 You can not post new orders if this fee is not paid.

Reservation:
We reserve ourself against out of stock products and printing errors in Betesbyggarkiosken. We reserve ourselves for price increases from suppliers. You are always welcome to contact us at kiosken@betesbyggarkiosken.se if you have any questions or concerns.

Personal information:
We handle your personal information according to the Personal Data Act (PUL) SFS 1998: 204
We will not disclose your information to anyone other than the parties we collaborate with the current delivery and payment, and we will not include any information other than those required to handle your order.

Force majeure
Betesbyggarkiosken derives from responsibility to deliver under unpredictable cases which greatly aggravates our ability to deliver and complete our agreement.
Examples of such are: natural disasters, legislative changes, burglary and tampering.
