Falafel aprox 30 servings:
Soak 1 kg of dried chickpeas for at least 8 hours
Rinse in cold water and sieve off.
Mix them with:
2 chopped yellow onions
4 chopped garlic cloves
2 chopped red chili
2 dl lemon juice
2 dl water
6 tablespoons sesame seeds
4 tablespoons tahini
2 teaspoon baking soda
7 tablespoons cumin milled
salt and black pepper from the mill

Mix plain and add:
1 dl chopped parsley
1 dl chopped coriander
Note! Mix it all together by hand without machine

Make balls and fry them golden directly into 180 degree oil and allow to cool on paper.
Put what's over in the freezer

6 servings
A jar of boiled chickpeas about 400 grams is rinsed properly
1 chopped garlic clove
½ chopped red chili
2 tablespoons tahini
1 dl cooking oil
2 tbsp olive oil
(1 dl water)
the juice of ½ lemon
salt and black pepper from the mill
Run everything in the mixer until it gets smooth. Taste it!
Serve with liba or pita bread, some nice olives and maybe some tomatoes and sliced onions.
